Does the VZR Garant guarantee scheme apply to my order?

Coverage under VZR Garant only applies to orders that qualify as a travel package. This will be clearly indicated during the booking process and stated on your invoice. If your booking does not involve a package (for example, if you only book single tickets or a separate parts), the guarantee scheme does not apply.

What does this mean for you as a customer?

According to European regulations, travel companies are required to protect consumers against insolvency. Thanks to our affiliation with VZR Garant, you can rest assured that your prepaid travel money is safe. In the unlikely event that Visitfootball.com becomes financially insolvent, VZR Garant ensures:

• Reimbursement of your prepaid travel sum (if the trip has not yet taken place)
• Repatriation if necessary (if you are already at your destination)

What are the costs?

For trips covered by VZR Garant, a contribution of 0.51% is added to the total travel price. For example, with a booking of €500, the contribution amounts to just €2,55. This fee is automatically added during the booking process and is clearly shown on your invoice.

How do you know we are affiliated?
